All rates exclusive of VAT. Rates are subject to project scope and may vary for long-form or multi-day bookings.

Terms and Conditions

A standard day runs 9am to 6pm (8 working hours + 1 hour lunch). Overtime charged from 6pm unless prior agreement with producer.
50% deposit due on first day of project. Remaining balance due within 14 days of delivery.

Further information, script, storyboard, treatment or changes to the brief could alter this quote.
Any food orders or courier costs will be added to the final invoice, including colourist meals if required to work through meal times. All expenses subject to 25% handling charge.
If initial payment is not received within 3 calendar days of project start, the project will be paused until payment is received.
Late payment: if final payment is not received within 14 days, the matter will be referred to a third-party debt recovery specialist. The client will be responsible for an additional 15% of the unpaid amount plus VAT. Statutory interest will also be applied until full payment is received.
Intellectual property transfer: all IP rights related to project deliverables shall only transfer upon receipt of full payment. Until full payment, all IP rights remain with DOMA Works Ltd.
Cancellation fees: more than 7 days notice, 50%; less than 7 days, 75%; less than 2 days, 100%. We are a member of the APA and apply APA cancellation terms. Postponement equals cancellation.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings for breach of terms. Daily expenses for client(s), editor(s) and assistant(s) charged regardless of attendance.
DOMA is not liable for loss or damage to material on premises. Please ensure relevant production insurance is in place.
Amounts quoted are estimates. DOMA reserves the right to re-evaluate after further specifications from client. Additional expenses require client approval before costs are incurred.
